Earlier this evening the Middletown Police Department responded to the report of the body
of an adult white male found in the water near Harbor Park.
The Middletown Police Department Major Investigations Division has found not outward signs of foul play. The identity of the victim will not be released until family is notified.
The police department will be continuing the investigation.
