The program will include an update on the Jonah Center’s project to bring the Air Line Trail to Portland and the Arrigoni Bridge, for access from our city. Also, Jean Davies will explain a series of studies by the Lower CT River Council of Governments to identify and weigh the costs and benefits of various uses of the Valley Railroad corridor – recreational trail, freight rail, passenger rail, or tourist rail – and some issues at stake in the decision-making process.
The Buffet Menu Includes 14 Different Indian Appetizers, Entrees, Breads, Salad, and Dessert, including Veg Pakora (spiced veggies fried with chick pea batter); Chicken Tikka Masala (with ginger, garlic, yogurt, tomatoes); Chicken Tandoori (marinated in yogurt & spices); Shrimp Chetirara; Sagg paneer (homemade cottage cheese with spinach and herbs), and more.
