Appeal On North Main Street Electronic Message Board Decision Thursday

  • Proposed variance to Section 21.02 with regard to frontage for a 2-lot resubdivision in the RPZ zone located on the east side of East Main Street between Sand Hill Road and Jensen Place. Applicant/agent Carmelo Magnano ZBA2013-9
  • Appeal of a finding by the Director of Planning, Conservation and Development and the Zoning Enforcement Officer regarding a request for a zoning permit to convert an existing off-premises billboard to an electronic message board located at 52 North Main Street. Applicant/agent Lamar Central Outdoor LLC/Patrick Keough ZBA2013-10.
