City Man Arrested On Guns and Drug Charges

 The City's Street Crime Unit, Investigative Services Division and the Patrol Division served a search warrant on the Vincent Sullivan, his home and vehicle on Friday. He was arrested on multiple charges, and jailed with a bond of $1 Million.

 

Officers approached Sullivan in front of his home (498 High Street), near his vehicle.  A search of Sullivan’s person, vehicle and home was initiated and forty items were seized including a loaded  AR15 Assault Rifle (banned assault weapon), loaded Mossberg 590 12 gauge shotgun, 11 thirty round high .223 caliber rifle magazines each loaded with thirty rounds,  multiple boxes of ammunition of varying caliber, 1.6 lbs. of marijuana, loaded Smith and Wesson .40 cal., Taser M26, suspected diamonds in a prescription bottle, SOG machete, knife with interchangeable blades, several lap tops and cell phones, and $14,180.00 in cash.

While searching the home it was noted that Sullivan had security cameras covering the entrances to the apartment.  Sullivan resided in the apartment with his fiancé and infant child, they were not home at the time the search warrant was served.  Sullivan had the materials for packing the marijuana in and around the apartment.  Items were found in the finished attic, Sullivan’s bedroom and living room.
