When people and ideas come together this fall to participate in Russell Library's planning project, good things will happen for the Library and for all of Middletown.
Everyone who cares about Middletown and Russell Library can be part of the Library's planning project. You and your ideas are welcome because those ideas will shape the future.
The forum will be led by Alan Gray, a planning consultant with extensive experience in libraries, the business world, and in education. Mr. Gray is conducting public forums, focus groups, and interviews to learn how Russell Library can best serve the Middletown community in the coming years.
