Free Senior Dental
Cleaning & Screening Clinic
The City of Middletown Senior Center in partnership with the
Community Health Center is pleased to announce the third installment of a free
senior dental cleaning and screening clinic to be held on Thursday and Friday,
May 17 and 18, 2012.
This program is supported by the Senior Resources Agency on
Aging with Title III Funds made available under the Older Americans Act. Cleaning and screening services will be
provided free of charge to seniors 60 and older with direct billing to their
insurance company. Services provided to
seniors who do not have dental insurance will be covered 100% by grant funds.
Participants may choose to contribute in a free and voluntary manner toward the
cost of this service. The maximum fee
charged for this service will be $30.00.
This clinic is open to seniors 60 and older who are
residents of: Cromwell, Durham, East Haddam, East Hampton, Haddam, Middlefield,
Middletown, and Portland.
