Haddam Land Swap News

Due to property appraisals of the parcels involved, apparently Riverhouse Properties is not proceeding with the land swap. See article on the Hartford Courant website.

    Great news. Now something has to be done to prevent this happening in the future. It should not be up to the discretion and interpretaion of a DEEP official.
