Free Recital of “Piano Music Treasures” April 17 by Sylvia Goldstein at Middlesex Community College

Sylvia Goldstein, composer, teacher, conductor and singer, will host a free recital at Middlesex Community College titled “Piano Music Treasures.”  The event will be held Tuesday, April 17 at 11 a.m. in the MxCC Student Lounge in Founder’s Hall.  Ms. Goldstein is the chair of the piano department at the Hartford Conservatory of Music where she teaches piano and theory. She won the Shalshelet Foundation Competition for New Jewish Liturgical Music in 2004.  Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to Founder’s Hall.
