Middletown Police are seeking information on a 63-year-old Liberty Street man they say has not been seen since Christmas Eve.
Samuel Hewes, 63, of 8 Liberty Street, was last seen driving a blue 2004 Toyota Corolla, license plate, 645YXG, to an unknown destination, police say.
He is a white male, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds with hazel eyes and balding gray hair. Police say he has medical conditions that require medication and Hewes may be staying or sleeping in his car.
