Youth Community Service Guide

The Middletown Youth Services Bureau is in the process of completing a Community Service Resource Guide to assist with identifying volunteer opportunities for Middletown youths between the ages of 11 and 17. Placements need to be with a non-profit or faith-based organization.

The primary purpose of the guide will be to assist our Juvenile Review Board program which supports first time offenders with misdemeanor charges which may include breach of peace, trespassing, disorderly conduct, and larceny. However, the guide may also be disseminated as a resource to the community as a whole as part of the YSB website.

Please feel free to email Middletown Youth Services Bureau Intern, Chrichton Stewart, at cstewart777@comcast.net, if your agency is interested in providing voluntary opportunities for the youths of Middletown or would like more information. Please note that referrals from the guide may be of a sporadic/as needed nature, therefor larger or one time community service "projects" may not be the best fit for such a guide.
