This is not a photograph of a geoglyph, like those large figures seen from the air in the U.S. West, but it was taken from six feet in the air while the photographer stood on a stepladder.
Noted Middletown artist and painter, David Schulz, was on a morning walk when he noticed this artwork on the playground at Farm Hill School.
He was so impressed that he returned home for a stepladder so that he could do the artwork justice, and share it with the rest of us. Like most geoglyphs, the artist is anonymous.
