Middletown Youth Soccer Registration


Families wishing to register their child for youth soccer can do so on line at the MYS web site. Walk-in registration is available Tuesday, May 10th, from 6PM to 8PM, at the Spencer School Library.

Families of new players must bring a copy of the Birth Certificate. Registration costs $75 per player, or $150 maximum per family.

Registration will close on June 30th.

    MYS was one of the best things i ever did for my kids. And, the coaches that my children had are wonderful Well worth the small registration fee.
