How about Larry Mchugh donates what was raised from Holiday on Main and other fundraisers for the Chamber to displaced businesses and not bleed the tax payers?
just like of o roukes the owner fails to maintain the building ie shovel the roof and repair leaks years old and the city rewards them with a cash prize If a private citizen did not have insurance and the home burned down or fell in because of lack of maintenance and responsibility the city would not offer a bail out with tax money.
