Bank Robbery Suspect Apprehended

On January 7th, 2011, members of the Middletown Police Department’s Major Investigation’s Unit picked up Robbery suspect, Mark Miller in Manhattan Criminal Court, New York.  Miller was in a New York City court waiving his extradition rights.  Miller was turned over to Middletown Detectives and transported to the Middletown Police Department.

At Middletown Police Headquarters, Miller was arrested and charged for the December 23rd, 2010, Robbery of Wachovia Bank located at # 111 Washington Street.  Miller was processed and held on a $250,000.00 court set bond.  He is scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court on January 14th, 2011.

Miller was charged with Robbery in the 3rd Degree and Larceny in the 5th Degree.
