Sherlock Holmes' London

If you're looking for some intellectual and aesthetic stimulation this afternoon, head over to the Sunday Salon at the Green Street Arts Center. Wesleyan English Department Professor Stephanie Weiner will be discussing London as seen through the eyes of Arthur Conan Doyle, James Abbot McNeill Whistler, Oscar Wilde, and others (including, no doubt, Robert Downey Junior and Jude Law). More detail here. The Salon begins at 2 p.m.
