  2. Out of respect for the family and person I think this should be reported as an ongoing investigation. The reporting of what happened is speculative and should wait until details are released by the proper authorities. My prayers go to the family, the person involved and Wesleyan University. May God watch over them.

  7. Anon 10:20, how about picking up a copy of the Press or Courant for your update? Or reading a copy on line?

The Eye does a good job of alerting us to stories like this but can't be expected to provide follow-up coverage for everything. It is, after all, just a blog.

Here's a thought: why don't you go find out the latest developments, and post it here for the rest of us?

  8. President Roth has announced that the young woman passed away yesterday. A memorial is being planned and out of respect for her family, no detailed information is being divulged, beyond and acknowledgment that she took her own life. Peace to all affected by this tragedy.
