Courant Reports Public Owner Suing City

In a story by Erik Hesselberg, Middletown writer and former editor at the Middletown Press, the Hartford Courant reports this morning that Tyler DeVecchis, former owner of Public Bar and Grill is suing the city of Middletown for violation of his civil rights.
