Eleven Minutes of Planning and Zoning

Planning and Zoning scheduled 3 applications for public hearings on July 28th:
  • Special Exception to convert an existing bank at 200 Main Street Extension to a new use as professional and business offices.
  • Special Exception to operate The Shadow Room as a cafĂ© in Metro Square.
  • 2 lot subdivision at 109 Bell Street near Old Farms East.
There being no other business to conduct, the meeting adjourned in record time, only 11 minutes after being convened.
