On a steamy night, it was a good thing the kilns weren't fired at Wesleyan Potters Saturday at the venerable potters cooperative held their annual fundraiser and celebration of hand craftery.
For a ten dollar admission fee, patrons were thrown a free piece of pottery, delicious crudites with wine as a lubricant.
Patrons also had the opportunity to bid on fine pieces of handmade craft and art, and to enter a raffle for interesting pottery.
Hopefully, city hall won't attempt to ban these potheads!
