Police Chief Patrick McMahon, reacting to criticism of a police guard at the School Administration Building said he was acting on orders of the Mayor, and that the police department had interviewed witness in a case where "allegations of inappropriate use of public funds" is being investigated.
"I take offense to the comments made by Chairman Raczka," McMahon said in a prepared statement. "That the police presence at the Board of Education's Administration building has interfered with the learning environment of the children in the City of Middletown...There are no classrooms in the building. There are no children."
McMahon said he was happy that Raczka indicated that he would provide any materials needed in the light of a formal investigation.
"I challenge him to do it when we come looking for documents," McMahon said.

ReplyDeleteSo what if he swore. I'd be that mad too in this situation, and so would you, and it sure worked to get people's attention. Call him up and ask him to put 25 cents in your swear jar if you are so unhappy he is not G-rated. Call his mommy and have his mouth washed out. Grow up for frogs sake.
