Frechette to Meet With State Board of Education Commissioner

Superintendent of Schools Michael Frechette, and Board of Education Counsel Christine Chinni will meet with the State Board of Education Commissioner Friday afternoon to get a ruling on the ongoing controversy between the Board of Education and the City of Middletown.  Frechette said that the results of the meeting, which he hopes will come in the form of a formal ruling, will clarify the BOE's stance regarding non-certified employees working for the BOE.

  1. Is anyone from the City side of our town going to be present during this meeting? I think we should hear first hand what the Commissioner is going to say.

  2. Can we just send the Eye? I trust Ed a heck of a lot more than of these other folks right now!
