Irish Music at the Buttonwood Tree

It was a fantastic night at The Buttonwood Tree, as expected! Over 40 people filled the room as Irish music, laughter and stories floated thru the air. Friends, family and fans of The Buttonwood Tree enjoyed the harmonies of the 6 young men, the various instruments - flute, mandolin, the tin whistle, hand drums, keyboards and more ... and even sang along at times. The musicians have quite a sense of humor and the old guitar they "raffled off" went to the TBT, while the winner of the raffle wound up with 2 free passes to a TBT event. Another win-win, as was the entire evening. Brian O'Rourke brought over a tray of delicious cakes and was glad to see a full house at TBT. He has Irish music at the Diner on Fridays too, so it was a night for the Irish in the North End!
