Police Find "Chemical Bomb" on High Street

A resident of lower high street woke up to find what police called a "chemical bomb" in her mailbox.  Police said another was found in a mailbox on Oak Street.  Cars on the street were also egged.

Neighbors are reporting an increase of foot traffic and individuals not from the neighborhood, including cars which stop for a period and then leave.

Drug activity also seems to be on the rise on Pearl Street South of Washington Street.
