Voting Up By A Bit

At Democratic party election headquarters staff who are tracking voting at the polls say that the traffic is up 2-3% over a typical non-National-election election. A larger turnout is said to favor Democratic candidates.

The Democratic headquarters was humming with get-out-the-vote callers, some from area high schools. When I was there State Treasurer Denise Nappier stopped by for a supportive visit

At the Republican headquarters down Main Street, things were a bit quieter, with a few staff members calling potential voters.
