Candidates running for office in Middletown met with residents Wednesday evening at NEAT's Meet the Candidate forum held at the Green Street Art Center.
so who "won"? the candidates who smiled the most? NEAT has a paid staff but somehow volunteer groups find a way to host real moderated debates to help people decide who to vote for. just a meet the candidates is window dressing.
