Car Vandalism and Break-ins

Unfortunately, there's been a rash of car break-ins downtown recently, especially in the Main Street area, both in daylight and at night. In a few cases, the car windows were broken and in other cases, items were stolen from the cars. The primary target seems to be GPS systems that are attached and visible on the car's windshield.
