Distributed by the Middletown Police Department.)The Director of the U.S. Marshal’s Service, John Clark, has offered a $5,000 reward for any relevant information that leads to the capture or apprehension of Stephen Morgan. Additionally, Wesleyan University President Roth has authorized an additional $5,000 reward for relevant information leading to the capture of this suspect.
