The Quest to End all Quests

It's a gorgeous day, spring is here (or one of these days it will be), summer is just around the corner, and you're looking for fun stuff to do. This site, Connecticut Museum Quest, is invaluable. And if you're up late with insomnia, frequently the case in my house (burglars beware), it's a great site for learning more about Connecticut.

The creator is Stephen Wood. Among other interesting factoids about Stephen is that he was on the UConn cycling team in the early 1990s and biked regularly from Storrs to Middletown and back.

So far, my favorite piece is his account of The Connecticut River Museum in Essex, especially part 2 (the visit to the train room in December '06).
