The contemporary Gospel Extravaganza, hosted by the Protestant Chaplain, Rev. Joan Cooper Burnett, features the electrifying Nubian Gents & Feminine Fire, a Christian step group from New York. The unique combinations of stepping and original vocal performances are moving, entertaining and contagious as the abilities, talent and originality of the group mesmerize audiences. Other performers include Voices of Freedom Gospel Choir from the University of Connecticut, award-winning violinist Kersten Stevens and a variety of performers from Wesleyan University.
