In press releases for the meeting the Army stated that the public meeting on the Army Reserve Training Center site discussion would be held Wednesday September 17 at 6:30 pm, at Mercy High School.
The website publishes the meeting time as 7:00 pm.
The Army has been urged to begin the meeting at the latter time to avoid the chance that someone who was informed solely by the website would miss the beginning of the meeting.
