They may stop for a few weeks, but then they start again. I don't think they ever actually mark you off a list. It is just that they start and stop deliveries to various neighborhoods on some sort of schedule. I've noticed that sometimes for a few weeks, NO ONE in my neighborhood gets one when I don't.
